KK oh KK !

greetings & salam all..apparently,i jst got back frm a longggg break..:) KK memories still fresh in my mind..its welcoming smiles still linger in my heart...even tho it was my 6th trip to KK..but tis time was reallly different..its a family vacation & we travelled by road..previous ones were all d mind-numbing official trips..:)
it had been a fruitful & splendid moment for d past 2 weeks..for d 1st week away frm d office, we were back home in Kch (spt biasala..balik kampung jengok kaum kerabat sume) & followed by our 'possible trip' to sabah..d trip was kinda awesome albeit lengthy as we drove all the way from Btu...bak kata orang tua jaoh perjalanan luas la pemandangan & pengalaman...to-fro benua swk-brunei-limbang-brunei-lawas-sabah..hehe wat a remarkable explorace we had for our year end vacation..it took us 9 - 10 hrs to reach 'd land below d wind'... i think the distance is nt as far as to kch..merely becoz of 7 or more checkpoints (u have to go thru these) dat contribute to d time taken..as usual my kids will normally ask bila nk sampai ni.??.tak pn...negara mana ni daddy??

well..by the time we reached KK town..its 6pm already..penat tu mmg x payah cakapla..but i think we all are already get used to it as we frequently go back to Kch by land..so it doesnt really matter..our mission started the next morning...our 1st hotspot : off to Poring Hot Spring, Ranau..we managed to rent a room wt indoor pool..its a bathtub actlly.apalagi i pn mandi skali ler..hehe enroute back, we planned to singgah at d Kinabalu Park to get the garden view..unfortunaley it was heavily raining..so we cud only see kabus yg begitu indah...so plan void...actlly enroute to ranau will lalu kundasang..danggg tis place is heaven..masa tu terus pasang angan2..alangkah bahagia nye kalu tinggal kat sini..subhanallah...such a virgin...far  from polluted air..wt beautiful scenery.. unlike sickening ground i currently step on..can be well defined as a 'pollution town'...n my hubby pn berangan sama rupanya..bah transfer KK jak..i really wishhh!..
2nd hotpsot : Manukan Island..for a snorkelling and mandi manda ofcourse..wic i think my kids like d most..berendam dr pagi til ptg mmg kebal sidak suma..best jgk snorkel tgk marine lifes nie..i bumped into a big fish wt long tapered mouth..sepjg lengan aku adalah kut..eee igtkn jerung..panik jgk sebentar..we really had fun there..unfortunately x sempat try the banana boat ride n para sailing..maybe nxt visit..must try... 3rd hotspot : Lok Kawi Wildlife Park..similar to zoo negara jgkla..my kids seemed complaining much jst becoz of they were heated..penat jgk bjalan & we sweated all over....finally not forgotten my shopping spree..heheh at 1Borneo pn dah cukup..sehari pn x abes kali bjalan d 1Borneo even d SuriaKK ada Metrojaya..mmg well developed..so for those who wanna make 2 in1 agenda - 'vacation & shoppin trip'..KK is highly recommended..gud for u (if u are shopaholic la) and gud also for ur kids..so its a win win situation..:) i'm ending ts wt few snap shots..for sure..i will definitely meet u again KK..heavenly KK :)

selamat hari raya qurban..

salam aidiladha especially to all d muslim visitors..moga raya kali ini memberi seribu keberkatan kpd kita.wpon braya d perantauan..ku gagahkn juga utk msk..tetiba terkenang rojak tambey yg slalu mak n ngah ku buat...so ts raya i jst make rojak tambey aka rojak india...plus the choc moist cake wic baked earlier on. dah muak mkn rendang ..kari..satay ..yg sewaktu dgn nya..psssstt n the best part is..1st time jgk aku gamble buat.mlm tadi dah call my beloved mother...asked for d 'how to'..podicit rupanya sanang jer recipe nye..n importantly..adunan cucur tu kena betol..baru ada rase ala2 india punya cucur..heheh. cumanya aku lupa nk goreng ayam..wic i knw kalu ade ayam goreng n potong kecik2..gaul sama bahan2 lain nyaa.. perghhh mmg kaww gitu..mcm style rojak kuchey kt kuchingg laa...slurpp..terliur la pulak imagine rojak kuchey....apa2 pn hajat ku utk mkn rojak tambey recipe mak ku tercapai la kali nie..yilekk....!!

Kek Coklat
Bahan²

1 cwn serbuk koko (ts time i guna van houten)
1 cwn air
½ cwn gula kasar
250 gm mentega
230 gm tepung naik sendiri
6 biji telor
360 gm gula halus
1 sudu teh esen vanilla

Topping

Half of the cooking coklat bar (apa2 jenama can do)
4 sudu mkn susu pekat
1 sudu makan myk masak
Secubit garam
2 sudu besar esen vanilla
*note : recipe asal guna serbuk koko jgk..kali nie jer coba customize guna cooking coklat.

Cara Membuat :
1/ Campurkan serbuk koko, air & gula kasar.Panaskan di atas api kecil sehingga larut.Biarkan sejuk.
2/ Pukul mentega & gula halus sehingga kembang.Kemudian masukan telur satu persatu.
Pukul lagi.
3/ Masukkan esen vanilla & tepung naik sendiri sedikit demi sedikit.
4/ Akhir sekali masukkan adunan koko tadi & gaul hingga sebati.
5/ Bakar dlm oven selama 25 – 30 minit atau boleh juga dikukus.(lagi sedap kalau kukus)

Utk topping:
1/ Pukul semua bahan topping sehingga lembut. Panaskan di atas api yg kecil selama 3 minit.Angkat dan terus sapukan ke atas kek yg telah masak & sejuk tadi.





Rojak India
Bahan-bahan A :
Timun (potong kecil)
Sengkuang (potong kecil)
Mihun Halus (dicelur)
Taugey (dicelur)
Tauhu Kering (potong kecil)
Ayam Goreng (potong kecil) 

Bahan untuk cucur (B)
Cili kering (1 keping)- d tumbuk
Bawang merah (1 ulas)-d tumbuk
Bawang putih (2 ulas)- d tumbk
Campuran Jintan Manis & Jintan Putih (1 sudu teh)
Tepung Gandum
Tepung Beras (sedikit shja)
Air (utk adunan)
*bahan2 tumbuk d adun sekali dgn tepung (sama spt membuat cucur) & d goreng.
Hiris apabila dah sejuk.

Bahan untuk kuah (C) :
Bawang Merah (4 ulas)
Bawang Putih (5 ulas)
Cili Kering (dlm 4 keping)(rendam dgn air panas dulu)
Lengkuas (2 inci)
Serai (2 batang)
*bahan2 utk kuah d atas d blend bersama

Keledek manis aka sweet potato aka keribang (d rebus dan d lecek)
Kacang goreng (stgh cawan & d blend)


Cara Membuat :
Tumis bahan2 A hingga naik bau.Kemudian, masukkan sedikit air.
Bila air dah menggeledak, masukkan kacang tumbuk. Masukkan keledek.
Masukkan sedikit air asam jawa, garam & gula secukup rasa.
*kepedasan terpulang pada citarasa masing..nak lagi pedas..bubuh cili byk2..cili hidup can do..

Cara Penyediaan :
Campur sume bahan A dan B.
Tuang kuah keatasnya dan bersiap sedia la untuk d makan

nasi kerabu ala ganu

kali nie nk share recipe nasi kerabu...hasil sumbangan my fren pn norina yg kini dok menetap d gurun..kodah :) thnxx ina..actlly i pn pernah buat gak nasik kerabu tapi swk style la..hahha so kali ni kita try recipe ori dr ganu yer..
SAMBAL KELAPA
1 bj kelapa goreng tanpa myk sampai kuning coklat sket n tumbuk sket
(bwg merah 3, halia sket je jari anak,serai 2)semua ni tumbuk
ikan kembung bakar 2 ekor buang tulang n tumbuk
serbuk lada putih(penting ni agak2 sampai rasa), garam gula
Semua bahan2 diats digaul bersama..
KUAH
1 bj kelapa perah ambk santan pekat skit
cili merah 5 bj, bwg besar 1, gula kabung 1 keping, asam keping 1/2 je,budu 1 senduk(kalau ada),halia sket jari anak,garam gula.didihkan sampai pekat slow api..lama ni about 1hr smpai naik myk.kalau nk cepat n nampak cantik tumis cili n bwg dulu then masuk santan gelegak slow api
SAMBAL COLEK (ni x ada x sah)
limau kasturi 6bj buang biji je-kulit jgn buang,cili besar 5,cili padi 4,garam ,gula 4 sudu-tambah lg smpai nampak berkilat-blend semua

3in1 project is almost done

salam all..huh..begitu lamanya daku menyepi...dr bulan puasa hingga ke raya puasa hingga nak masuk raya haji pulak tuh..many things had happened..n its uncountable...bt in fact i was really occupied wt so many things that really make me forgetfull abt ts blog..kesiann blog aku nie..today tatau nk meracau pasal apa..bt i wanna share my exciting news..d 3in1 project for my new hommie at my hometown is almost done..new living room's tile, window+door grill have been perfectly completed..alhamdulillah..today i jst received a latest news on d other completion..my new kitchen cabinet..all are just perfect now...wa caya lu la contractor...fyi, d source and manpower hired are all bumis..i can't believe dat they jst took a month to get it done..n they r highly recommended..very commited and senang d bawa berunding on d quotation & charges heheh...tu yg paling bagus..since me n my hubby both in btu rite now..so its quite hard for us (as hubby on TA mode..7 days working in a week plus me myself have less AL left) to be there in kch to monitor their work.luckily my parents are really helpfull...they did all the monitoring...what i can recall here is it was quite a rushing to decide on the tile, grill n kitchen cabinet...jst imagine we had only 2 days to do survey before we went back to btu..mmg betol2 kerja gilala.. kejerons..hehe..semangat beb..semangat membara2 nak memenuhkan rumah dr kosong belaka..well mmg happy sgt2 today bila contractor yg buat kitchen tu hanta mms gamba kitchen dh siap..n praise to Allah kerana memudahkan segala urusan kami..tinggal lagi urusan lampu, furniture & yg sewaktu dgn nya..errm kopak kopak..

kenikmatan aiskrim goreng

alhamdulillah...genap sudah 12 hari seluruh umat Islam berpuasa..another 18 dys to go..pejam celik mmg x terasa sungguh..mood raya pn dh makin  hampir..sume org dah sebok nak tempah kek biskut raya dah gitu..insyAllah tahun nie nak buat kek raya sbyk selarat yg ku mampu la..ppg pn x teruja nak tlng buat biskut.dierng tu hangat2 taik ayam jer...1st half jer..2nd half masing2 angkat punggung.mak nya jgk jadi penyudah..tpi apa2pn dats indeed gud to instill the skill into them..membentuk buluh biar dr rebung nya..heheh...
since arini wkend, so utk berbuka tadi aku buat laksa swk..n nasi spaella ala2 masakan spanish...recipe nasi tu as usual aku amik dr buku chef hanieliza..nama jer smcm spanish tapi tgk bahan2 mmg local abes la. n resultnya more to asian taste la..cuma aku nie suka sgt customise apa2 recipe..patutnya guna beras biasa,,yg aku p replace dgn beras mati..sukati aku le kan hehe..actually yg nk aku kongsikan kt sini menu aiskrim goreng..tmasuk mlm nie 2 kali la kami sekorga memamah nya..lame dh aku tercari2 recipe nie.tup tup bagai ada org yg mendengar..tiba2 satu pagi..akak d opis ku emelkn.so apalagi...buat experiment le kita org berdua..mmg senang jer buat..pejam mata pn bole jd.. mmg yummyu....garing d luar...soothing d dlm..my ppg like!.ok to short cut the story..niela hasil nya..nti2 i bubuh recipe dlm niela yer..softcopy lupe nk copy dlm thumdrive

Simply Sinful Cheesecake

Tanggal 3hb August si Leo ku menginjak ke version 3.5 hehehe. So aku pon plan utk bake a besday cake for him...Simply Sinful Cheesecake nama di beri..ku jumpa dr satu site yg penoh dgn segala recipe cheesecake...well..the taste jst really nice as per name...waima wajahnya tak seindah rasa...wakakaka masuk lift tekan sendiri lagi..harap maklum...my ppg as usual..they all la suka sgt2.sbb susah nak tgk maknya bikin cake besday..siap tuh remind utk buat the same cake for their coming besday...ih ih ih...so to my beloved bedmate..hehehe..wish u a blissful day ahead..moga Allah murahkan rezeki kita sentiasa..amin..

Simply Sinful Cheesecake
Bahan untuk base
200 gram biskut digestive, dihancurkan
3 sudu besar mentega
2 sudu besar madu
Bahan untuk Cheesecake
500 gram krim keju (philadelphia), dilembutkan
1 tin kecil (390 gram) susu pekat
3 biji telur
150 gram coklat masakan, cairkan cara double boil
1 sudu teh esen vanilla

Cara-caranya
1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 150’C. Campurkan kesemua bahan untuk base dan tekan pada dasar loyang springform berukuran 9 inch. Bakar selama 10 minit dan ketepikan.
2. Menggunakan mixer, pukul cream cheese sehingga kembang. Kemudian masukan susu pekat sambil dipukul sehingga ia sebati.
3. Masukkan telur satu dan esen vanilla. Pukul sebati. Bahagikan adunan cheesecake kepada dua bahagian. Satu bahagian dicampurkan dengan coklat masakan yang telah di double boil tadi dan gaul rata.
4. Tuangkan adunan cheesecake coklat kedalam loyang diikuti dengan adunan cheesecake plain. Bakar selama 50 – 55 minit sehingga pertengahan cheesecake bergoyang-goyang tetapi tepi adunan telah set. Sejukkan selama 1 jam dan kemudian boleh disejukkan dalam peti sejuk selama 4 jam sebelum dihidangkan.

kek pisang ibuku

wow..sungguh lama tak update blog ni...harap phm sume..pyakit malas ni susah nk buang hehe..apa2pn..arini mmg aku tak malas..dr mlm tadik dok menempek kat dapor jer...ngidam punya pasal..kuah satay awal ku siap kn mlm tadi utk breakfast pagi ni..hubby suka mkn dgn ketupat..ppg pulak dgn roti buku..ermm citarasa masing2.importantly...janji ppg ku mkn..dorang nie mmg susah sgt nk makan...too cerewet...haii..lunch pulak for the 2nd time aku bikin nasik briani...anak aku ckp...nasik briani gum uhu ker mummy...iyola tuu..sukati die jer nk tukar nama..glad that they all managed to finish the meal...ptg pulak..aku bake kek pisang...mmg kepingin lama sgt nak bake kek pisang .special recipe dr mak ku..aku rase kek pisang mak the best ever..tak penah aku mkn kek pisang sesedap tu..mak aku pulak kdng2 jer buat kek pisang time die rajin jgk ler heheh..tapi klu aku balik cuti ke kampung.saat aku teringin..aku request die buat...kasih mak..die mmg akan buat heheh.luv u mak.:)
actlly dr last year dh aku simpan recipe nie..cuma tak terbuat2..so ptg nie...aku nekad...biar apapn terjadi..cheh..saspen jer..almaklumla posa dh nak dekat...dekat nak posa niela mcm2 benda nk d makan..hehe dugaan tol..so.kek pisang ku ahernya menjadi kenyataann..cumaaaa..akibat teleka berfFB while waitin tu...hah! atas kek ku a bit dark..over baked..padan muka..tapi takper..rase nya tetap superbb...tanpa was2....jgn marer..masuk lift tekan sendiri ..huhuhu

KEK PISANG

Bahan2 :
5 biji telor
250gm butter
200gm gula halus
250gm tepung naik sendiri
50gm susu tepung
12 biji pisang mas (d lenyek)
1 sudu teh vanilla
sedikit pewarna kuning
Cara Membuat :
Uli butter & gula hingga kembang
Masukkan telor satu persatu. Masukkan vanilla, tepung, tepung susu & pisang.
Bakar dgn suhu 160 api bawah dahulu selama 30 min. Kemudian api bawah atas selama 30 minin lagi hingga masak.

kisah d sebalik tabir

opss..bukan tabir ya..tapi curtain..its a new customized curtain for my dining hall..wic baru siap after 8 mths delayed..wat a delay..!!! actlly bkn ku sengaja delay but its all abt mood & feel..semangat tu ada..dah tertanam (lebih tepat lagi terkubur hehehe ) since 2008 lagi nak tukar langsir tu..mmg benar kata ibuku..nak menjahit perlu mood..feel..takde mood tu mmg tak jln la ..jahit nti salah gohed gostan or jari tak pasal2 tercucuk jarum huhuhu...mana taw gara2 geram kan team spain tak menang 1st game kan ..tapi brazil tetap d hati ku...go go brazil..u've samba my sewing spirit..agaknya demam worldcup la membuat ku tetiba bersemangat utk mengkick off projek ini..waka waka ma ey ey..tis time is 4 aprika....dah melalut ke aprika la pulak..huhuhu
alkisah d sbalik tu > kain curtain tu aku beli dr jln tar masa opisial trip in oct 2009...jgn x taw..rela ku check out dr impiana..p check in nobel semata2 nk shop kat jln tar...masih lagi terbyng2 bagaimana kreng nya aku mengheret beg oren yg sarat dgn 20m kain curtain sambil cross jalan d tambah pulak few big luggage..sampai tegolek2 jatoh beg tu siot..tu baru shop till drop huhuhu...time tu malu segan lenguh tangan sume tolak tepi..bukan orng KL kenal aku pn kan kan..
so it took me 3 mandays to get the tailoring process done..sakit jgk pinggang n tengkuk ku d buat nyer..almaklumla lama dah x mengenjen..heheh tersekat2 jgk bunyi singa tu nk memecut..so aku kena bubuh myk pelincir skit kasik die drift dgn cantek..naa..iniler hasil nyer


tapii kan..dining hall ku jd gelap gulita laaa...akibat panahan rona ijo PAS tu kut..:)..terasa mcm suasana bersantap d dlm gua la pulak..ermm taper la..demi nak match kn dgn kusyen krusi mkn n rona apple green dinding..& most important dh terbeli..b4 tu kain kusyen krusi makan tu pn aku dh tukar dgn kain sama utk curtain...sbb yg lama dah mcm2 peta dunia tercetak kt situ...phm2 jela ada kids yg sedang membesar bagai johan..so mcm2 air & makanan yg mencemari..puas sudah hati ku.luckily ler hubby ku sudi membantu menukar kusyen tu..bepeloh jgk den..thanx dear..alhamdulillah ..finally..my mission completed..well done milin...:) ermm *is planning for next project & cant wait for a kick off*...:)

happy 27th besday to my dearest colleague aka neighbour in 'porets.com', Bibi Jehan..:)
so..for her besday aka our big breakfast we ordered a cupcake tiramisu flava...sooo yummylicious...its more to aiscream taste...u shud try one...bought it from Daily Fresh, one of malay bun outlets in town (sambil promo la nie)...n our kind hearted & sporting boss brought a homemade nasi lemak..spicy bt vry the sodapp..the rest..izzu wt her cheezy tuna sandwich..some chocs by Mizi (labuan mali oo)..n of course apple n orange juice..the only thing i managed to think/bring dlm minit2 kecederaan completing d package hahaha..thnx all..alamak..sapa punya besday nie..aku pulak sibok bagi speech hahah..on behalf of BB...ok lets get all finished then...ngaummmmm..

ada beriani..???

salam all..ahad lepas penghuni ss2e/3 mkn besar..heehee takle besar mana pon...jst cuba memasak nasi beriani ayam resipi dr chef hanieliza..jgn tatau..i ade  5 koleksi buku masakan die..hahaha..out of all the resipi..malangnya i baru jer try nasi dagang n latest ni nasi briani.hehe jgn marer..so the nasik turned out well..alhamdulillah..as i noticed my hubby, my adik n my kids all lurvee it...my ppg siap ckp..'eh x pernah2 mummy masak nasi nie..kalu slalu mcm nie baru besttt ..baru kitaorng mao mkn byk2..' ..
ermm kecik2 dh pandai bodek..!!
side dish lain was dalca & acar buah belimbing to complete d lunch treat..opsss popadom jek tak der..tak smpt nak carikla dlm minit2 kecederaaann..watever..janji perot masing2 kenyang kan kan..alhamdulillah.:)

Nasi Beriani Ayam
Bahan


1 kg beras bathmati [basuh dan toskan]
2 s/b rempah beriani [bancuh dgn sedikit air]
2 biji buah tomato [potong dadu]
3 biji cili merah [potong 2]
3 biji cili hijau [potong 2]
100 gm daun pudina ]
100 gm daun sup ] potong kasar]
100 gm daun ketumbar ]
1 liter air
1 cawan susu cair
2 s/b minyak
4 s/b minyak sapi
kismis
garam
1 s/b pewarna kuning [bancuh ngan sedikit air]


Bahan tumis


5 ulas bawang merah ]
3 ulas bawang putih ] hiriskan
2 cm halia ]
1 inci kulit kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 biji buah pelaga


Cara.


1. Panaskan minyak dan minyak sapi dalam rice cooker pot. Tumiskan bahan tumis sehingga wangi.
2. Masukkan rempah yg dibancuh dan akcau. Masakkans ehingga naik minyak.
3. Masukkan daun yg dipotong kasar dan cili merah & cili hijau.
4. Masukkan air dan susu cair. Biarkan mendideh sekejap.
5. Masukkan beras dan alihkan periuk dalam rice cooker.
6. Bila dah nasi kering, titikan pewarna kuning dan biarkan kering lagi.
7. Bila telah kering gemburkan nasi perlahan supaya beras tak patah.

semlm hari ibu sedunia !! kami skorga x ketinggalan menyambut nya..actly tak penah sambut la..tah camner saja ts yr tergerak atie nk buat gempak.demi nak mengumbirakan anak2..im happy whn they are happy...so i pn buat le coklat cake mlm tu. apalagi anak2 aku..sume nk jadi chef..bukan buat..tlng kacau..bt dats gud indeed..paling menyibuk skali si bongsu..siap dok jilat2 sudu..bowl utk i adun kuih tuh..siap dgn tangan nya tak henti2 kacau itu & ini...so kek choc dah siap..hasil nya haa spt kt bwh nie...saje jer tabur2 choc rice kt atas topping tu..kasik meriah skit..nti i bubuh recipe k..recipe ni i dpt dr kakak ipar..

Kek Coklat
Bahan²

1 cwn serbuk koko (recommended vochelle or van houten)
1 cwn air
½ cwn gula kasar
250 gm mentega
230 gm tepung naik sendiri
6 biji telor
360 gm gula halus
1 sudu teh esen vanilla

Topping

1 tin susu pekat
1 aun serbuk koko
1 sudu teh minyak jagung (minyak masak pon boleh)
Secubit garam
2 sudu besar esen vanilla

Cara Membuat :
1/ Campurkan serbuk koko, air & gula kasar.Panaskan di atas api kecil sehingga larut.Biarkan sejuk.
2/ Pukul mentega & gula halus sehingga kembang.Kemudian masukan telur satu persatu.
Pukul lagi.
3/ Masukkan esen vanilla & tepung naik sendiri sedikit demi sedikit.
4/ Akhir sekali masukkan adunan koko tadi & gaul hingga sebati.
5/ Bakar dlm oven selama 25 – 30 minit atau boleh juga dikukus.(lagi sedap kalau kukus)

Utk topping:
1/ Pukul semua bahan topping sehingga lembut. Panaskan di atas api yg kecil selama 3 minit.Angkat dan terus sapukan ke atas kek yg telah masak & sejuk tadi.

h1n1 vs my lil angel

tis is a so true story....based on my own experience nursing my 5 yo lil angel who struggled wt h1n1..hope its worth sharing..it happened on d 26th of April. It was indeed a nitemare to us as we never expected that d virus had stroke into our home. I really concern abt hygiene..oways ensure tat everyone in d house wud frequently wash their hand before/after entering the house...bt who r we to deny..to escape frm Allah's fate..his test..jst a small test rite :)


back to d story..apparantly my lil angel had a slight flu 2 dys b4 she was confirmed wt d virus.at the time..i jst gave her a flu syrup till she caught a slight fever on Mon 25th morning while about to go to kindy..therefore, i jst let her stayed put at home & get full rest. Need to be cautious now as i heard h1n1 cases drastically increased each day in our town.Before left for work, i gave her a panadol syrup to ensure she was gonna be fine after that...normally my kids will recover soon after taking a panadol.
Somehow, her temp suddenly shot up when i was back home for lunch. W/o further delay, i 'bombed' her wt d hi fever tablet. Once reached home after work, I immediately wiped her body wt a warm water and gave her panadol syrup again. The temp turned a bit low then..Suddenly I remembered my Avita’s therapy oil..yes..i must try alternative way..i took out d Forsythia Detox, Magnolia & Vital Meridian. As written on forsythia detox bottle..it's gud for fever..so i apply few drops of it mixed wt vital meridian and started massaging her abdomen & lymph nodes rite below her ears before she slept..no harm trying..but at 12nite..her temp dramatically went up..its almost 39F..i 'bombed' her once again..sumting wrong wt her (mom's instinct is oways rite)..i spoke to myself..i kept wiping her & massagin her wt those therapy oil ...i did apply magnolia too (as it says - to combat viruses/bacterias) on her chest and her back. Within seconds, she started to sneeze...guessing d viruses were being flushed out.. i did apply on myself too as a precaution..prevention is better than cure..:) i cudnt sleep dat nite ..its ok. for u my dearest..anything i will..wat i scared most was she has an epilepsy (has been on medication since she was 1yo..pity her)..so i must avoid her from getting any seizure attack. By morning, her temp decreased. (but still in unsafe mode)...


I rushed her to a clinic in d early morning (28th April).The doctor did an Influenza A test..n d result was positive..i was speechless hearing tat. bt prayed hard that she wud be fine.She got sweated & temp slowly decreased after the doc 'bombed' her wt d hi fever tablet. Starting that day, she needed to take a 5dys course of antiviral.Thank God.. she didnt get d hi fever for d whole day..jst slight one...i took EL to look after her during d quarantine at home. There was one time she vomited after being massaged using those therapy oils. It worked .! i believe tis oil really did a detox process. Besides massaging her wt all those magical oils I also gave her 100 plus to drink. She was in a stable mode then..I kept massagin her every 4 hrs..even tho she disliked it :) not forgetting my other 2 daughters & d dad..i also applied onto their chest & abdomen in order to prevent d virus from infecting them as they also started to get a flu symptom..ermm lotsa patients to cure I spoke to myself..heheh.prevention is better than cure right..at d end of day.. I cud feel my body started aching all over..my head jst like wanna explode..the migraine was attacking me..most probably not getting enuff sleep..biological clock was disturbed nyway..& I stressed out a lot..typical supermom shud feel dat way...:)
Besides d antiviral & persistent massage of therapy oil, i doubled up the Transfor Factor supplement's dose ever since she got sick. I gave constantly to her to ensure her immunity wud boosted up during d struggle. With Allah's bless..alhamdulillah my lil was back on track..For the rest of us..despite of all d minor symptoms tat we also had, we were vry fortunate to be virus-free..no one got infected..Alhamdulillah..:)


Next following days assured us a postive hope..my lil was recovering..such a speedy recovery.. she even insisted to join her sistas for a cycling in the afternoon of 28th April...looking dat she sweated all over..i decided to bath her despite d doc's advice not to do so..


well my frens..friendly advice to you & myself as well...do get early treatment whenever u and your loved ones are unwell..esp nowadays..we are living together wt various kind of harmful germs & viruses..d 2nd wave of h1n1 outbreak is indeed a test from Allah to us..may Allah have a mercy..never take things for granted..do value your life by implementing a healthy lifestyle…take any supplement besides all d healthy foods and practice a good hygiene everytime and everywhere you are.…and most of all..believe in God. he never created us defenseless.. it’s up to us to endeavor d nature  in this temporary world & transformed it into a pure & cure formula towards achieving a meaningful life. Why i have a trust in Avita's therapy oil ?..it's formula merely based on herbs..which I understand that herbs have such a natural healing power ..Insyallah..with Allah bless. :)

Roasted Chicky Merio & Laksam

Sorry.Lama sgt x update blog.recipe roasted chicky merio ni i coba last month..cuma lmbt nak share..mmg superb..bahan2 nya simple dimple jer..recipe d beri nama seumpama nya oleh saya sendiri sempena nama tuan punya recipe iaitu inchik merio..aka chef merio..trima kasey ye inchik merio...heheh. As for recipe laksam tuh baru jer saya coba ahad smlm buat hidangan tghari.tak ingt mana aku kidnap recipe tuh..tapi for sure dari internet la..tgk recipenya mcm senangla..skali dah buat mee nya aduhai..baru kau tahu senang cuma di atas kertas...mmg menuntut kesabaran jitu yg amat...for 1st attempt nie kuah turned out to be a bit pekat...n part nk kukus mee tu ler kena jaga betol2..n adunan pn kena pandai adjust ..kesian cik abe n puteri2 ku rebah bangun..duduk berdiri menunggu mee ku siap..hehehe akhirnya tepat pkl 1.30pm misi tercapai jua..bak kata org tak coba manakan tahu..tapi tgk cik abe mkn bertambah2..ermm ker sbb die dah kebuluq..tpi rase2 sodap la tu..(naik lif tekan sendiri ni) heheh..apa2pon..lepas aku makan..ermm mengantok gila..yerla..pagi dok pulun nasik lomak..lunch plak mee laksam nie.alahai naik lagila kolestrol aku nampaknya..So anda d luar sana.kalu berminat..sila la mencoba recipe yg d kongsikan nie..selamat :)

Roasted Chicky Merio (homemade version)
A. For Marinate:

1. Butter [salted]
2. Rosmary OR Maggie black pepper [1 packet per 1 chicken]
3. Maggi secukup rasa

B. For stuffing:
1. carrot [sliced]
2. celery [sliced]
3. potato [medium cube]
4. mushroom (cut half)
5. Bawang merah & putih – sliced and fried
6. Lemongrass & ginger – sliced and fried

C. Sauce for stuffing:
1. Sos Tiram
2. Rosmary or black pepper

METHOD:
1. Marinate with A ingredients all over the chicken body and underneath skin.
2. Mixed sauce with the stuffing ingredients [B], masuk dalam perut ayam, cover with foil and freeze overnight.
3. Grill in oven for 1.5 hrs at 160 to 200 C, for 1 hr grill chicken wrapped in foil. Before almost cook, take out the chicken from foil and the stuffs from chicken, let them on the foil together with chicken and grill till cook.



Laksam (homemade version)


Bahan Membuat Laksam

250 gm tepung beras
3 sudu besar tepung jagung
400ml air
Sedikit garam
Bahan Cili
6 Tangkai cili Merah
1 kotak belacan kecil
1 biji limau nipis
Sedikit garam

Bahan Kuah
10 ekor ikan sardine atau kembung
10 ulas bwng merah
5 ulas bwng putih
10 biji lada hitam
2 cm halia
600 ml santan
1 liter air
2 keping asam gelugur
50gm lada hitam

Bahan2 hiris halus

1 batang timun
8 tangkai daun kesum
2 tangkai bunga kantan
9 tangkai kacang panjang
100 gm tauger

Cara membuat mee laksa
1/ satukan kesemua bahan membuat laksam
2/ ambil tutup periuk. Sapukan sedikit minyak. Lengserkan bancuhan tepung di atas penutup periuk dan kukus sehingga masak
3/ Pastikan tiada titisan air di atas tutup periuk. Setelah agak keras, terus gulungkan. Angkat dan ketepikan. Setelah sejuk, bolehla di potong.
4/ Untuk cilinya, tumbuk cili bersama belacan serta garam
Gaulkan sebati dan perahkan limau

Cara membuat kuah
Ikan perlu di rebus kemudian asingkan tulang nya
Kisar isi dan tulang secara berasingan. Untuk tulang, tapiskan dan ambil airnya sahaja
Kemudian kisar bwng putih, bwng merah dan halia. Satukan bh2 d kisar ke dalam periuk.
Tuangkan santan dan air. Kacau perlahan2 di atas api sederhana besar.
Tambahkan gara,, asam gelugor dan lada hitam yg di tumbuk lumat. Setelah kuah mendidih, bolehla tutup apinya
Hidangkan bersama laksa dan hirisan ulam-ulaman yang di hiris halus.

betul betul betul

i wud like to quote a radio deejay (for his interesting sharing) while i was heading home frm the office y'day... at first i didnt really listen to him (as my mind was already at home...x sabar nak hug & kiss my angels)..but my mind swiftly distracted as i heard the deejay started talking abt stress life and aromatherapy..n i kept alert on what he wud say..agak2 mcm niela die ckp "setiap diri kita mesti pernah mengalami stress atau emosi yg melampau..dgn bebanan kerja..masalah peribadi & byk lagi dugaan hidup boleh membuat kan sesrng tu tidak dpt mengawalnya..kerana tu..kita kenala bijak mengamalkan cara hidup yg sihat ..salah satu rawatan alternatif ialah aromatherapy...betol kan upin ipin???..(tetiba tdengar la suara upin ipin jwb betul betul betul)...nak tauk..dipercayai bau-bauan aromatherapy dpt merangsang saraf2 otak kita apabila d sedut melalui hidung.. Saraf2 yg dirangsang ini akan membantu meneutral & mengawal tindakan dan perasaan negative sesrng itu drpada melarat dan boleh membwa kemudaratan pada kesihatan untuk jangka masa panjang...jadi usahala apa jua cara jika ingin kekal sihat dan salah satu drpada nya dgn rawatan aromatherapy....betol kan upin ipin???..(sekali lagi upin ipin mjwb betul betul betul) heheh ".
well...his words are totally beyond my agreement..so wat say u..?

Mee Belacan (homemade version)
*(utk sebungkus meehon - mkn untuk 5-6 org)
Bhn A
Bwng Putih (5 ulas)
Bwng Merah (4 ulas)
Bwng Besar (1 ulas)
Udang kering (1 sudu besar)
Belacan (1 sudu besar)
Kepala Udang Payak (dlm 20 kepala)
Cili Padi (4)
Cili Hidup (2)
*jika mahu pedas boleh tambah cilinya
Pati belacan (brand Knorr or Maggi)
Pati ayam (brand Knorr or Maggi)
Bhn B
Meehon (celur)
Sotong Kembang (celur + hiris kecil)
Timun (hiris kecil)
Kacang Tumbuk
Cara Membuat :
1/ Kisar bhn A d atas. Tumis hingga naik bau.
2/ Di periuk yang berlainan, rebus kepala udang.
3/ Air rebusan di tuang ke dalam tumisan. Masukkan 2 sudu besar pati belacan (brand Knorr) dan satu sudu kecil pati ayam (brand Knorr)
4/ Masukkan sos tiram, kicap pekat dan kicap manis sedikit.
5/ Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
6/ Akhir skali masukkan tepung jagung sesedang pekat.
7/ Angkat & hidang bersama bhn B.

memory of baju kurung

I woke up tday wt a sudden intention to wear my old baju kurung to work which brought me down the memory lane...:)Tho its still quite big on me but who cares janji hati ku sanang kan hehhe..The sweet memory unfolded at time i put it on...yess..Its somewhere mid of 1999 when i wore it for a grand dinner which was a closing agenda organized for new Petronas execs in conjunction wt their Induction Day at Permata, Bangi. I was sooo spirited..really 'teruja' being as 1 of the dinner's guests. Coming all the way from Shah Alam merely to see him, one of the execs whom is now my beloved hubby..naaaa. luv is beautiful..luv is strong..the best words to describe our feeling indeed. Jiwang la pulak..huhuhu..
Back to reality!! am counting days to our nxt Anniversary..Its been 10 years..alhamdulillah..and i oways pray for such love to linger on despite any challenges we may face and to have a blissfull marriage throughout our life..Amin.

a lil bit of intro

Assalamualaikum wbt & salam sejahtera,
Thanks to Allah the most merciful the greatest of all for granting me this precious time & effort to make my very first own blogging site such a reality one. :) Syukran2
Indeed, it’s quite hard for me to kick off this site until after been frequently persuaded by my SIL. I adore her blogsite anyway. Fulfilled with many cooking recipes.:)
Apparently, this stuff keeps reminding me of my personal homepage created 15 yrs back. What I remember most abt it is –its created on a geocities site.- developed from scratch using html mixed up wt some java applet just to beautify the GUI. Sad but true I forgot the full web address..it has been years ok.Last accessed was during my ‘zaman menanam anggur’:) Trust that geocities is among the popular website providers soon after the internet’s heat hitting our country early 90s. Those were the days.:)
I’ve been dreaming (for 3 years) to own a blogsite where I can share ideas, opinion, articles etc that hoped wud benefit you all.Its just a matter of not having free time to do so. having said that, im a career mom of 3 adorable powerpuff girls..Life is everyday hectic to me.Time flies so fast indeed. Nevertheless, I feel so lucky that I live here at this small and peaceful town, Bintulu, so called an ‘industrial town’.
Enuff for the intro today..enjoy and stay tune for more posts k.
